Hi, welcome to Smoothie Girl Recipes. My name's Di and I'm glad you stopped by. I'll be sharing lots of smoothie recipes here, plus tips and tricks on losing weight. I plan to lose a few pounds with weight loss smoothies, good nutrition and exercise.
